How Victor Helps Clients
Victor Silva is a commercial and employment litigation attorney in Buchanan’s Tampa office. His practice focuses on navigating complex business disputes and litigating contractual claims, business tort claims, and employment-related claims arising under federal and state statutes.
While studying at Wake Forest University School of Law, Victor served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Richard Dietz at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He also competed for Wake Forest’s National Trial Team in several national tournaments and won the annual Cynthia J. Zeliff Mock Trial Competition hosted by Wake Forest University.

Outside the Office
In his free time, Victor enjoys both watching and participating in athletic endeavors. Notably, he is an aspiring scratch golfer and a future Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt.
